Fantastic customer support and they quickly sent out a replacement case after Royal Mail misplaced the package. The case is top-notch quality and has a lovely design. Plus, it’s a more eco-friendly choice! I’ll definitely be getting another case for my work phone.

About three months back, I picked up a case from Wave and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it! Sure, it took a bit to get here, but that didn’t bother me at all. The design is lovely, and I haven't run into any issues with how sturdy it is. I chose an off-white shade, and if I squint just right in certain lighting, I can spot a slight darkening where my fingers frequently touch it. But honestly, it’s not noticeable to anyone else, and I was totally prepared for that when I opted for a lighter color. I doubt it’ll fade to a point where it looks bad anytime soon, and if it does, I’m cool with just composting it and grabbing a new one. All in all, I'm super excited about this case and will definitely keep shopping with Wave in the future.

I purchased a case for my iPhone XS. Delivery was quick. It fits well and feels nice. Overall, a fantastic product.

For the past 3 years, I've had a Wavecase on my iPhone 8, and let me tell ya, it’s been way more durable than the Pela case that crumbled. Just got one for my new iPhone 13 Pro, and it’s just as awesome. My husband is a fan of this brand as well and he thinks it’s fantastic too! ☺️

Had a couple of problems with the international shipping, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. On the bright side, the customer service got back to me pretty quickly, and I ended up with a fantastic green case. Much appreciated!

I still haven't gotten my order that I placed weeks back. I've tried reaching out to the company through their website, email, and even Instagram, but there's been no reply at all!!

I was super pumped for this item, but I placed my order on November 28th, and here we are on December 19th, and it’s still not here.

Update: I finally got my phone case on December 30th and changed my rating based on the product. It’s a really nice case. I’m loving the color, and the quality is top-notch. I’d definitely order again, just knowing it might take a month to get here.
